August 11, 2024: My first first-author journal article “Characteristics of dynamic thickness change across diverse outlet glacier geometries and basal conditions” is accepted to Journal of Glaciology!

August 10, 2024: I am selected as iHARP Polar Informatics Graduate Fellow for 2024-2025!

June 15-25, 2024: I participated in GlaMacLeS in Centenial Valley, Montana, a NSF-sponsored workshop focusing on the emerging applications of Machine Learning / AI in glaciology. I completed a small project with Dr. Mauro Perego on new architectural changes to DeepONet allowing faster emulation of ice dynamics modeling.

April 3-5, 2024: I presented my research at FOGSS 2024 conference. The poster is titled “Modeling dynamic thickness change at Greenlandic Outlet Glaciers: Synthetic testbeds and Helheim glaciers”

March 29, 2024: I contested at Grad Symposium at GT Earth and Atmospheric Sciences and won the Best Student Poster 🙂

December 10-15. 2023: I will be joining AGU 23 Fall conference at San Francisco. I won’t have any presentations, but drop me a message if you wish to get in touch!

August 10, 2023: I am starting my Ph.D. at the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Georgia Institute of Technology. Loving Atlanta so far! Such an energetic city.

May 16, 2023: I graduated from the University at Buffalo with an M.S. in Computational Earth Sciences. Proud to be a part of the new program! It was a fun ride with my advisors Kristin, Sophie, and Bea, and many friends I made in the department of geology. Until next time!
